What This Policy Covers
This policy describes how The Sideline Sports Bar & Grill (“we,” “us”) handles information collected through this website — including reservations, private-event inquiries, contact messages, newsletter signups, and job applications.
Information We Collect
- Reservation details — name, email, phone, party size, date and time, seating preferences, and special requests.
- Event inquiries — contact details plus information about the event you’re planning.
- Newsletter signups — your email address.
- Job applications — contact details, availability, and any resume you submit.
- Messages — anything you send through the contact form.
How We Use It
We use the information you give us to seat your reservation, respond to your inquiry, consider your application, and — only if you signed up — send occasional news about games, events, and specials. We do not sell your personal information.
Email Preferences
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Opting out of marketing does not affect emails we must send about a reservation or event you booked.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the website, reservations, and email (under confidentiality obligations), or when required by law.
Retention & Security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and take reasonable measures to protect it. No online system is perfectly secure; contact us if you have concerns about your data.
Your Choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@thesidelinesportsbarandgrill.com. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA — confirm applicable obligations with counsel.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
