Bartender
Craft cocktails and fast, friendly service behind a high-volume bar. 2+ years experience preferred.
Server
Own your section on game days — food knowledge, hustle, and a great attitude required.
Host
First face of The Sideline. Manage reservations, waitlists, and big-game seating.
Line Cook
Scratch kitchen, high volume, real standards. Grill or sauté experience a plus.
Shift Manager
Run the floor on nights and weekends — staffing, service standards, and guest recovery.
Security / Door
Keep game nights fun and safe. Evenings and weekends, guard card preferred.
Event Staff
Support private parties and watch parties — setup, service, breakdown.
General Manager
Lead daily operations, staffing, and guest experience across the floor, bar, and kitchen. 3+ years restaurant or bar management experience required.
